The entire English basement--one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, and living room--is for use during your stay. There is a separate entrance to the basement unit. The entire unit has been remodeled and renovated. It is a big, bright and beautiful space! We welcome professionals looking for short-term housing options but please absolutely no parties, no smoking! We also require a short-term lease to be signed outside of the airbnb platform for stays over 28 days. Details: Living Room -Sofa with pull out bedmate -Cable TV -Dining table and chairs -Books, wifi -Desk Bedroom -Queen Bed - All bedding -Closet and storage Kitchen -Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, & refrigerator and freezer -Stainless steel oven and stove -Coffee pot and mugs plus coffee and tea provided complimentarily -Cookware, dishes, glasses -Salt, pepper, oil Bathroom -- Walk-in shower --Towels --Shampoo, soap, conditioner provided --Hairdryer Outdoor Space--back patio and small side yard by the gate to rental. All utilities are included in the rental price. We provide Wi-Fi, Smart TV, A/c and heating, and a parking pass, if needed. Please Note: **The washer and dryer are located in the basement in a separate area (not in the rental itself) from the rental. The area is common with us, but the washer and dryer are only for the rental unit. Guests should purchase traveler's insurance to cover emergencies requiring them to cancel the reservation. For stays longer than a week, we provide the initial paper and bath products, but the renter is responsible for their own after a week. Please note: Per local occupancy standards, condo guidelines, and insurance requirements, this unit only accommodates 2 regardless of age. Children 2 and younger do count towards the max number of 2. We are a family of three plus our dog, and we live above in the main house. Our dog will be in the yard throughout your stay. No additional pets are allowed.

We live above the rental with our family. It’s an English basement so you may hear noise from upstairs at times but it shouldn’t disrupt your stay. Our dog will be in the yard and you may interact with him as you enter and exit the property main gate.
